A lot of dog owners like dressing their dogs in cute looking dog collars and some even insist on dressing their favorite pooch in bling by giving them crystal collars, others feel nothing but the real thing is good enough for their sweet pup. There are many other ways of spoiling your dog as well. Purchasing dog apparel, luxurious leather collars, doggie bungalows, and even private dog spas are all unique ways that these dogs get pampered and spoiled. Often times these dog's live the good life and the owner enjoys footing the bill as nothing is too good for their little darling.

The Worst Way to Spoil a Pet

There is another way that some owners spoil their pups as well and there is nothing cute or funny about this kind of spoiling as it makes the pup dangerous to others and often to himself.

This sort of spoiling is when a dog is not correctly cared for or trained. Dogs who jump up on everybody they see especially large dogs are a nuisance and can seriously cause harm toa small child or the elderly. While you may think it is adorable when your lab or malamute greets you at the door by jumping on you and putting his paws on your shoulders, guests to your home may find this kind of behavior frightening and he can easily knock someone down who is small or less than sturdy on their feet resulting in serious injury.

Not socializing your dog properly can also result in spoiling in your dog in a negative way. A non socialized dog who is thrown into a strange situation may become anxious and even aggressive resulting in injury to others. This could result in a great deal of expense to you and in rare cases where a dog repeatedly causes injury a death sentence to him.

There are so many ways to spoil a dog but not seeing that he is trained properyly or socialized should not be one of them. Teaching your dog to be well behaved, listen to commands, walk properly on a leash, and respect other animals and people will allow you to bring him almost anywhere you do safely and happily. Isn't that the proper way to spoil your dog?

There was over 16 dogs that attended, 4 of them were from our local shelter. It was nice to see them get out and interact with the people! The party was held at the K-9 Clubhouse, which is the indoor dog park here in our home town. I think we were at the party for around 2 hours, and we had a blast! So many happy dogs!! Max turned 3 years old. He is the big Black Lab in the video. I will point him out towards the middle. On a side note, I would like to thank you guys for helping me get over 500 subscribers!!!!
