Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, 180 degrees C.

Now mix the baking soda and flour and then add the remaining ingredients and mix well and pour the mixture into a ring mold sprayed with a nonstick spray and place in the oven for 40 minutes.

For frosting use low fat cottage cheese decorated with sliced carrots or carrot pieces, then store in the refrigerator.
